Please note that this form will be sent to both the pastoral department and the academic department. Pastoral based extensions will require a meeting with the pastoral team, for the benefit of students. The pastoral team will be in touch to make sure you are well taken care of.
Medical based extensions longer than 48 hours will require a doctor's certificate.

Please also note that it is best practice to endeavour to submit the assignment in whatever form by its due date regardless of completing this extension application, as there is no guarantee that your extension will be granted.
